You must be a member of KSEA at the time of registration. Membership is free for undergraduates, $15 for graduate students, and $35 for professional members. Join today at ksea.org

Travel Support

Travel support is available for presenters at the following rates:

Your travel support will be calculated using the chart above and then taking in any adjustments for attendance and/or presentations. You must submit receipts online prior to your arrival with your name and ticket price clearly marked. We will confirm your submission as you first register on-site. Following the conference, you will be able to see your total travel support amount on our website for 2 weeks. During this time, you will be able to confirm the total amount as well as your mailing address or send a correction request. Travel Support checks will be mailed out by the end of March.

Please note that participants who apply as Regular Participant will be ineligible for any Travel Support.


Ygnite 2016 will be held in The Westin Dallas Park Central Hotel, located in 12720 Merit Drive Dallas, Texas 75251. Visit here to get more details about the hotel.

Once accepted to the conference, room reservations and assignments will be taken care of by the conference organizers - no need for you to book or pay for your own rooms!

Rooms are provided by KSEA for the evenings of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (1/21/2016 - 1/23/2016).

Dress Code

The dress code for the conference is Business Casual. We ask that you dress appropriately during all hours of the conference.

After conference hours, there will be optional activities as well, so don't forget to bring casual wears.

There will also be a Red Carpet Photo Session where you are encouraged to dress your best and show off a little!

Thursday Entertainment

Participants are encouraged to arrive early afternoon on Thursday (lodging provided) for unofficial sightseeing and dinner with other participants. Upon request and based on flight schedules, groups may be formed for the activity.

From 9pm, there will be an organized icebreaker/networking session at the hotel for a few hours. It is not mandatory, but highly encouraged for building network and preparing for the conference.

How to become a sponsor

Please notify yg@ksea.org:

  • Your desired sponsorship package
  • Your company name, contact name, email, phone number, address, and donation amount
  • Let us know if you need an invoice, IRS 501(c)(3), payment receipt, or other forms

To make a payment, there are two options.

  • Mail a check to KSEA, 1952 Gallows Road Suite 300, Vienna, VA 22182, USA made out to KSEA with memo YGTLC Sponsorship.
  • Pay with Credit Card by calling KSEA HQ at (703) 748-1221 during Office Hours of M-F, 9am-5:30pm EST, ask to speak to Finance Manager Kelly Han.
