We are very pleased to announce the 4th Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA)'s and Korea-U.S. Science Cooperation Center (KUSCO)'s Young Generation Technical and Leadership Conference (YGTLC) to be held in San Diego, CA, starting on Friday, January 4, 2008 to Sunday, January 6, 2008.
The conference will bring outstanding Young Generation Korean-American students and professionals as well as well-known national leaders in business and academia together. During the conference, the Young Generation will acquire leadership skills through a workshop, have opportunities to share their knowledge through technical presentations, and meet with national leaders in business and academia through the CEO/CTO/CIO dinner, plenary sessions, and other social events.
We believe our future lies in the success of our Young Generation and the YGTLC will certainly motivate our Young Generation and lead them to greater successes in their careers.

The annual technical and leadership conference of KSEA / KUSCO, hosted by local students and professionals, is one of the main young generations chapter activities.
The goal of YGTLC includes:
- To provide Korean-American undergraduate/graduate students as well as young professionals to have an opportunity to showcase their research.
- To promote careers in science and engineering for Korean-American students and young professionals through technical workshops and CEO/CTO/CIO dinner.
- To sustain the nation-wide YG movement by providing leadership training and networking opportunities for leaders at the KSEA student chapters and young professionals across America.
