WHAT IS YGTLC?

The Young Generation Technical and Leadership Conference (YGTLC), hosted by KSEA, KUSCO, and KOFST is organized by young generation professionals, academics, and students.

• YGTLC provides Korean-American young professionals, academics, graduate students, and undergraduates an opportunity to showcase their research and to educate others about their industry.

• YGTLC also promote careers in science and engineering for Korean-American young professionals and students through technical workshops and guest speaker sessions.

• Lastly, YGTLC sustains the nationwide Young Generation (YG) movement by providing leadership training and networking opportunities for leaders at the KSEA student chapters and young professionals across America.

This year's conference focuses on the new opportunities that have arisen after the economic slowdown. The YGTLC will feature speakers and workshops that engage the participants on the ways that innovation and leadership can help to bring a brighter tomorrow.
