
INSTRUCTIONS
First, determine which document(s) you have to prepare by going to the "submissions" page. Only one is required for participation at the conference. If you listed more than one in your application, you may make your own determination. However, one YG Chapter officer from each school must submit a YG chapter presentation. Next, please read the following instructions carefully to submit your files:
- Make sure whatever files you are submitting are of the correct type:
Essays (doc, docx), Presentations (ppt, pptx, or pdf), and Posters (ppt, pptx, or pdf)
Only the file types listed above can be uploaded. If you have other files (e.g. videos), please bring them to the conference separately. - Name your files using the following format: Avenue_RegistrationIDLast4Digits_LastName_FirstName.ext
For example:
Career_0123_Park_John.ppt
Essay_0123_Park_John.docx
Technical_0123_Park_John.pptx
Representative_0123_Park_John.ppt
Business_0123_Park_John.doc - Click "Add files" in the table below and add your files (you can select multiple files at once by holding CTRL or CMD while clicking on files):
If you are having problems uploading your files, please try to use an updated browser supporting HTML5 (non-Internet Explorer). Otherwise, please e-mail us HERE, and include information about your operating system (e.g. Windows 7) and browser (e.g. Firefox 5).
- Once you have selected all the files you want to upload, click "Start upload" in the table above.
- Once the table confirms all your files have been uploaded, fill out the form below and click "Submit":
