
REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
We are fortunate to be able to provide lodging, meals and partial travel support for our participants, provided by the conference hosts KSEA, KUSCO, and KOFST. We believe that we are bringing the bright leaders of the next generation and are proud to offer this to our participants. However, to receive these benefits, we require that you be a participant in good standing:
- Be present by Friday morning 8:00am and stay until Sunday 12:00pm (noon).
- Check-in each morning before 9:00am.
- Attend all events and on-time.
- Deliver your presentation, bring your poster, or submit your essay.
You must contact us prior to the conference if you will miss any part of the conference. If you are found absent during the conference, you may be asked to forfeit your travel stipend based on half-day increments.
All participants will be provided with lodging and meals from Friday morning until Sunday noon. Thursday night lodging is available upon request when you register. To see the start and end times for each day see the Schedule page. Registration Fees - $25 for Priority Applicants / $50 for Late Applicants and Local Participants - are non-refundable.
Travel reimbursement policy as follows:
- Air Travel - 50% airfare up to $300
- No airfare support for Local Participants (Applicants after Late Deadline on November 2, 2011)
Transportation between the airport and the hotel will not be reimbursed. A free hotel shuttle service information though is available in the Arrival page. For drivers of automobiles, overnight parking passes are available upon request. More information about the hotel is available in the Hotel page.
You will be required to submit a printed receipt of your travel expenses so please bring a copy of your receipts to the conference. Reimbursement forms will be distributed and collected at the end of the conference on Sunday. Then reimbursement checks will be mailed out before the end of February.
