Ygnite is a Technical Leadership Conference

Ygnite is a premier technical and leadership conference for emerging scientists, engineers, healthcare professionals, academics, and startup professionals from Korean-American backgrounds.

To hone STEM-based technical skills, Ygnite’s program includes curated lectures, research presentations, moderated panels, as well as poster sessions to showcase emerging ideas. To further develop leadership skills, the program invites experts from academia, industry, and business to share their challenges and paths to success. Participants share their knowledge and experience with each other while expanding their personal and professional networks.

Our mother organization is "KSEA,” or the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association.

Established in 1971 as a non-profit organization, KSEA is a professional networking organization for those who are of Korean ethnicity.

Nurturing Success

In hopes to further access for future generations, KSEA established an arm for students and young professionals, now known as “YG”, or the Young Generation. Of the several events held by YG, Ygnite offers a platform for you to share your professional work and personal stories with other individuals from diverse backgrounds. The conference boasts of presentations by your peers, talks with illustrious speakers, and fun events like tech startup contests.
