The safety of our participants is a top priority for us. As part of the Ygnite organizing team, we recognize that COVID-19 and its increasing number of variants pose threats to safety, despite precautions with mask mandates and vaccinations. We are closely monitoring the situation as mandates and the number of cases change. Ultimately, we will prioritize the safety of Ygnite participants.
Details on mask and testing requirements will be posted here and communicated via email closer to the date.
The early deadline is September 19th, 2022, 11:59PM PDT and the regular deadline is October 3rd, 2022, 11:59PM PDT.
The conference program begins early morning on Friday, January 20, 2023 and ends on Saturday, January 21, 2023. As such, Ygnite provides lodging for Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night, and we encourage conference attendees to arrive on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
We will send out the final acceptance notifications within 2 weeks of the final application deadline.
While several situations may prevent a participant from attending Ygnite, the registration fee is final and not refundable. In the case you test positive for COVID-19 72 hours before the conference, we will accommodate a partial refund of the registration fee with valid proof provided to the organizing committee.
